When Zalaris UK & Ireland needed help with the first implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in Sweden, they contacted SoLoapps, a company with thirty years of experience in implementing and operating SAP systems for companies such as EON, Vattenfall and Astra Zeneca. Zalaris was awarded the contract to implement a payroll system in several countries for a leading European airline with 220 employees in Sweden. To connect the system to the cloud, Zalaris in turn commissioned SoLoapps.
“We are grateful to have been trusted with the important cloud connection. We worked as we usually do, and the go-live was brought forward because we were able to deliver faster than planned,” says Lotta and Siv.

They are now look forward to doing more implementations of SAP SuccessFactors and ECP for other companies in Sweden. They believe future projects will benefit from everything SoLoapps have learned by successfully having this first implementation up and running.
“You usually learn from mistakes, but this time we had the opportunity to learn a lot, without having to fail. Both we and our clients are happy about it,” says Siv, and Lotta agrees. As mentioned, they are indeed very well coordinated.
